1/2 cup Beef Bone Broth ( I love Kettle & Fire)
1 cup Milk of choice (I use Malk)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (omit if you use Vanilla flavored milk)
1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1-2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
4 scoops of Colostrum or Collagen (Optional)
1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Turmeric or Curcumin
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a pot.
Heat until the desired temperature.
