You’re not here for another failed protocol - and that’s not what I do.

Hey there, my name is Haley!

Founder of The Wholesome Woman®, Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and Navy Veteran. Based in Colorado, working with women across the US and UK.

I specialize in helping women with autoimmune and chronic conditions identify what is actually driving their symptoms so they can stop surviving their body and start healing it strategically.

I built this practice from the inside of chronic illness. Not from a textbook.

My story includes autoimmune arthritis, PCOS/PMOS that took four years and eight doctors to diagnose, three mold exposures spanning eight years, significant gut dysfunction, and a medical system that told me my labs were normal the entire time my body was quietly falling apart.

I know what it costs to do everything right and still not have answers. And I know what becomes possible when someone finally maps the full picture.

Behind the clinical work I am also a cat mom, an aunt to the cutest niece (biased and not wrong), a foodie, a nature lover, and a dancer. My 2024 solo move to Colorado allowed me to come home to myself in ways I never could have predicted.

So take it from me. Do not do what I did for years.

Do not waste your time, money, and energy guessing when you do not have to.

We don’t chase trends. We follow physiology.

We don’t chase trends.
We follow physiology.

Like Having a Dictionary… for Your Own Body

I translate confusing symptoms into real answers and turn normal labs into a plan that actually works.

Working with me is like having your own functional nutrition translator by your side. I break down labs, symptoms, and patterns your body’s been screaming about - without the medical gaslighting or guesswork. We look at hormones, digestion, detox, immune, energy, and your nervous system as one connected system (because they are).

This is root-cause healing for women with chronic symptoms who are tired of being told they’re fine when they clearly don’t feel fine.

The Wholesome Woman® was born out of my own breaking point.

Years of being dismissed. Told my labs were normal. Quietly wondering if I WAS JUST not trying hard enough.

My story includes a hip injury that went unimaged for two years, a PCOS/PMOS diagnosis that took four years and eight doctors to confirm, three separate mold exposures spanning nearly a decade, autoimmune arthritis, and deep gut dysfunction. The kind that does not show up neatly on standard tests but shows up everywhere else in your life.

Side-by-side comparison of a woman’s face with visible redness, irritation, and acne before and after skincare treatment. The left shows a face with more inflammation and blemishes, the right shows reduced redness and clearer skin.

When I discovered functional nutrition and finally understood the why behind my symptoms, everything shifted. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But meaningfully.

I came out the other side with clearer skin, steady energy, regular cycles, and for the first time in years, a genuine sense of safety and peace in my own body.

That experience became The Wholesome Methodâ„¢, my signature framework built to meet women where they actually are.

It helps you gently remove what has been keeping your body stuck, restore gut and immune function, and rebalance hormones in a way that fits your real life, not a rigid plan.

For many women, this is the clarity and support they have been missing all along.

I do this work because healing is not about pushing harder or chasing quick fixes. It is about being deeply supported, finally understood, and coming home to yourself.
