Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or Cashew Milk)

  • ¼ cup Beef Bone Broth

  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Purée

  • ½ tsp Turmeric

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • Pinch of Ginger + Nutmeg

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Raw Honey

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil or Ghee (for creaminess)

  • Optional: 1 scoop Collagen Powder or Adaptogens like Ashwagandha or Maca

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, warm almond milk and bone broth over low heat.

  2. Whisk in pumpkin, spices, vanilla, and sweetener.

  3. Add coconut oil or ghee and whisk until frothy.

  4. Pour into a mug, sprinkle with extra cinnamon, and sip slowly.
