Hormone-Friendly Strawberry Hibiscus Refresher

Serves 2

Ingredients:

• 2 hibiscus tea bags (or raspberry leaf for extra hormone support)

• 1 cup filtered water (for steeping tea)

• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

• 1–2 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (optional, based on preference)

• Juice of 1/2 lime

• 1/8 tsp sea salt or pinch of electrolyte powder (for adrenal + mineral support)

• 1.5 cups cold coconut water or sparkling mineral water

• Ice + fresh mint (optional)

Directions:

1. Steep the Tea:

Steep 2 hibiscus tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5–10 minutes. Let cool.

2. Blend the Fruit Base:

In a blender, combine strawberries, lime juice, sea salt, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth.

3. Strain (Optional):

If you prefer a smoother refresher, strain the strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve.

4. Assemble:

In a large mason jar or pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, fruit puree, and coconut or sparkling mineral water. Stir gently.

5. Serve:

Pour over ice, garnish with fresh mint or extra lime slices if you’re feeling fancy.

Directions:

• 2 tsp dried culinary lavender (or 1 lavender tea bag)

• 1 cup hot water (for steeping)

• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

• 1–2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 1/8 tsp sea salt or pinch of electrolyte powder

• 1.5 cups cold sparkling mineral water or coconut water

• Ice + optional sprigs of lavender or blueberries for garnish

Instructions:

1. Steep the Lavender:

Pour 1 cup of hot water over dried lavender or a tea bag. Let steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and cool.

2. Make the Blueberry Base:

Blend blueberries, lemon juice, sweetener, and sea salt until smooth.

3. Strain (Optional):

Strain the blueberry mixture for a smoother texture.

4. Combine:

In a mason jar or pitcher, mix the cooled lavender tea, blueberry puree, and sparkling or coconut water. Stir gently.

5. Serve:

Pour over ice, garnish with fresh blueberries or a sprig of lavender if you want to be extra.
