Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fresh Green Beans

  • 2 1/3 cups Chicken Broth OR Milk of choice for a creamy version

  • 1 cup Clean Monday Meals Cream of Mushroom mix

  • 1 Shallot, thinly sliced

  • 3/4 cup Crispy Onions

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp Minced Onion

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a pot, combine the chicken broth, cream of mushroom mix, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, minced onion, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens.

  3. Wash the green beans, trim the ends, and cut them in half.

  4. In a large bowl, mix together the thickened mushroom mixture, sliced shallot, green beans, and ¼ cup of the crispy onions. Transfer everything into a 9x9 baking dish.

  5. Cover the dish and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, until the top is bubbling and the green beans are tender.
