Salmon Bake
Looking for a sweet and savory appetizer? Or even a main dish, this will be enjoyed by all! This dish is simple to make and satisfies anyone.

Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
1 cup of White Rice
1 lb Salmon
3 Stalks of Green onions
Sauce:
1/4 cup Soy Sauce (I use Thrive Market)
1 Tbsp Sriracha (if you like spice double this. I use Yellowbird Sriracha)
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/3 cup of Mayonnaise (I use Primal Kitchen, you can sub. for Cream Cheese)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Cook Rice and Salmon.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix the Sauce together and set aside.
Put cooked Rice in a 8x8 or 9x9 Baking Dish.
Shred the cooked Salmon, and mix in the sauce.
Put mixture over top of the Rice.
Bake for 10 mins then broil for 2-3 mins.
Top with Green Onions .
Serve and enjoy!

Can be enjoyed warm or cold
