Kaitlyn, a mother of 2 under 2 dealing with severe eczema, fatigue, bloating, PMS symptoms, and some weight gain. Despite living an active and healthy lifestyle Kaitlyn was struggling. Her eczema flares were controlling her self-esteem, causing a significant loss in confidence as her flares mostly covered her chin, cheeks and nose.
What We Found:

Leaky Gut and dysbiosis (imbalance of good and negative gut bacteria)

Gave tools to reduce stress and increase self-care
Switched to non-toxic soothing products
Removed Gluten and Histamine foods for 90 days then re-introduced sourdough and low histamine foods.
