  • I do not accept insurance.

  • I require a forty-eight 48-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. For a reschedule less than 48-hours before the scheduled appointment, the client is responsible for paying a fee of $50. The client is responsible for paying the full amount of the session if cancellation occurs less than 48-hours before the appointment and/or the client does not show up for the session.

  • I do not prescribe medications. However, if they are needed I recommend supplements.

  • I do! Any recommended labs are directly mailed to you.

  • Functional labs are not covered by insurance. For recommended blood work you can go through your Provider if you’d like it to be billed directly to insurance.

  • Once you secure your personal coaching service, you’ll get immediate access to your client portal and onboarding materials. Most clients schedule their Health mapping session within 1–2 weeks, depending on availability.

  • Every woman’s body heals at its own pace, but most clients begin noticing improvements in symptoms within a few weeks once their foundations and protocols are in place. Long-term transformation usually unfolds over 4–6 months. My work is not a quick fix, it's a structured, root-cause process designed for lasting results, not temporary relief.

  • I do not turn anyone away.

    Commonly, I support women experiencing:

    • Complex health patterns

    • Chronic symptoms with “normal” labs

  • Yes. Many of my clients already have a PCP, OB-GYN, specialists, or naturopath. I seamlessly support you alongside your current providers by helping you understand your labs, apply functional strategies, and create a personalized lifestyle and nutrition plan that addresses the root causes of your symptoms.

  • Most of my clients say the same thing before we start.
    If you’ve:
    • Done elimination diets
    • Tried seed cycling
    • Taken random supplements
    • Been handed “normal” lab results
    • Felt dismissed or misunderstood

    Then you’re exactly who I built this work for. The problem isn’t you, it’s that no one has looked deep enough or given you a step-by-step root-cause strategy that actually works.

  • No. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. My work complements your existing medical care by identifying underlying imbalances, supporting your body holistically, and providing functional nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

  • While my practice is designed for women, I do work with men at times.

    The Wholesome Woman® was intentionally created to support women navigating complex health patterns, particularly those involving hormones, gut health, and autoimmune dysfunction. Much of my approach, education, and clinical focus is centered around female physiology and the unique ways these systems interact in women’s bodies.

    That said, the foundational principles of functional nutrition and root-cause healing apply broadly. If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to reach out, and we can determine if it’s the right fit.

    My priority is ensuring that every client receives the most aligned, personalized, and effective support possible.

  • Lab recommendations are personalized, but commonly include:

    • DUTCH

    • Total Tox/Toxin Zoomer

    • GI Map

    • Functional Blood Chemistry

    • Food Sensitivity Testing

    • Micronutrient Panels/HTMA

    You’ll only be recommended labs that directly support your goals and symptoms. I do not believe in unnecessary testing.

  • Labs and supplements are billed separately, so you have full control over your investment.

    • Functional lab investments vary based on the labs ordered, though they are comparable to labs ordered by your physician

    • Some women elect to do additional specialty testing depending on their symptoms

    • Supplement needs vary, and you will receive a customized, budget-conscious plan

    • I can take into account any labs ordered by your provider within the past 3-4 months (timeframe depends on the specific lab)

    Nothing is ever purchased without your full approval; transparency is a core value.

  • I don’t offer cookie-cutter protocols, restrictive diets, or symptom-chasing.
    You receive:
    • Personalized, data-backed strategies
    • Root-cause analysis using functional labs
    • A full-body, whole-life approach
    • High-touch support and communication
    • Education that empowers you long-term
