Who doesn’t love a Chocolate Chip Cookie? This is a simple, quick chocolate chip cookie recipe to indulge your cravings or when you need a quick dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (I enjoy Bob’s Red Mill)

  • ¼ Cup Unsalted softened butter

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  • ¼ tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

  • ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar

  • ¼ Cup Chocolate Chips (I used Hu Gems)

Optional swaps or notes:

  • You can use regular All Purpose Flour if you’re not Gluten-Free

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Mix softened Butter, Brown Sugar, and Granulated Sugar.

  3. Add the Egg and Vanilla Extract and mix. 

  4. Add Flour, Baking Powder, Salt, and Colostrum powder and mix.

  5. Add In the Chocolate Chips and mix.

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until baked through.

Storage & Prep Tips

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days

  • For a thicker, chewier, and Intense flavor, chill cookie dough for 1 hour. Take it out and let it get to room temperature before baking.
