How this recipe supports your body:

  • Almond Milk: provides a dairy-free base rich in vitamin E, supporting balanced estrogen levels.

  • Ceylon Cinnamon: helps regulate blood sugar, which can reduce insulin spikes that often throw hormones off balance.

  • Vanilla Extract: brings a soothing flavor while supporting mood and calming stress hormones.

  • Maple or Date Syrup: adds natural sweetness, packed with minerals like zinc and magnesium, which are essential for hormone production.

Healing doesn’t require perfection, just consistency.

A Gentle Reminder

Food is one piece of the puzzle. This recipe is meant to support your body, not “fix” it. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what your body needs next, clarity is always the first step.
