Ingredients
1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups filtered water (or apple cider for a sweeter version)
1 small rosemary sprig (plus more for garnish)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
Directions
In a small pot, combine the pear slices, water, honey, lemon juice, rosemary, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat for 10–15 minutes until the mixture becomes fragrant and slightly reduced.
Strain the liquid into mugs (or leave the fruit in for a rustic look).
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a pear slice.
Serve warm and inhale deeply, this one smells like comfort in a cup.
