Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Apple-Cider Vinegar

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 2 oz Orange Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

  • Pinch of Salt

Berry

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Apple-Cider Vinegar

  • 2 oz Cranberry Juice

  • 2 oz Orange Juice

  • 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

  • Pinch of Salt

Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Apple-Cider Vinegar

  • 2 oz Lemon Juice or Lemonade

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. Mix and enjoy. Best taken before meals.
